We’re building a small, high-integrity partner bench. Two ways to JV with us:

Acquisition / Lead JV
You bring motivated sellers and help set expectations.
Local Ops JV
You handle walkthroughs, photos/video, lockbox, and on-site reality checks.

Examples only: 50/50 assignment fee when roles are equal • Tiered splits when one partner does more work

Marketing engine, call handling, underwriting, contracts, buyer/dispo network, and closing coordination.

Responsiveness, local availability (for ops), integrity, and clean deal facts (photos/access/occupancy).

Deal-by-deal, in writing before marketing to buyers. Examples are not promises and vary by workload.

We do not claim a local office in Abilene, TX. Our model is: local walkthrough + centralized underwriting + coordinated close.
