Do I need to clean or repair anything?
No. As-is means you don’t have to prep the home. We simply price condition honestly.
Will you charge fees?
We don’t charge upfront fees for an offer request. Closing costs vary by deal; we’ll explain them clearly.
Should I list with an agent instead?
Sometimes yes. If the home is retail-ready and time isn’t a problem, listing can net more. We’ll tell you when that’s likely.
How do you determine the offer?
We look at recent comparable sales and subtract realistic repair costs, holding costs, and risk.
Do you buy houses with tenants?
Often, yes. Access rules matter. We coordinate respectfully and follow lawful notice practices.
Are you a real estate agent or brokerage?
No. We are investors and not a brokerage. We can explain the investor route clearly.
